We want you to love every cocktail you craft with your Bartesian. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your machine in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Machine

  Securely pack your Bartesian maker and any unused accessories in the original box to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned unit, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
